Our team of delivery centres (DC) personnel are spread far and wide across the UK and Ireland. Here is a simple introduction to just a few of those delivery centres lead by passionate senior managers.

IN THE MIDLANDS: our DC is lead by Linda and her staff based in rural Leicestershire, covering the East and West Midlands areas. Their expertise is honed by a lifetime of learning, some staff with over 35 years of experience. Local managers are also members of leading UK fire and security institutions. Linda says that “protecting lives and livelihoods by offering a GOLD standard service from design, to install and maintenance is at the heart of our operations. As a UKSI delivery centre, we are proud to use our extensive knowledge to ensure the reliable performance of installed systems for multisite and national clients and we will play our part across the central portion of the country.”

NEAR EDINBURGH: our DC team is lead by John, a key player in the Scottish security and fire industries. His team have pioneered a Customer Service Charter which sets out simply and honestly the high standards of service one should expect from them. John comments that “being part of the UKSI is a natural fit because we know that a promise means nothing unless it’s actually delivered. We understand clients want solutions that meet their needs, and the reassurance that comes from dealing with professionals across the country. So, we are proud to be one of the key DCs in Scotland and play our part in a first-class service.”

THE SOUTH EAST: UKSI delivery centres will service the Capital and the South East from many points of the compass. Lee leads our team based in Essex and will play his role to cover this vital part of the UK economy. Lee comments that “Engineers working to a gold standard for both fire and security installation and maintenance is the mantra for our delivery centre. Being responsible for parts of the South East and parts of London ways comfortably on the shoulders of my team as I know that our robust approach and right first-time mentality keeps systems operating to the client requirements.”

THE NORTH EAST: Serving the North East is an important task for the UKSI DC network. DCs are based in Harrogate and Durham. In the North East Michael leads his team of engineers and surveyors who focus all their efforts on first time fix and preventative maintenance carried out on time, every time. Michael says “we know the importance of insuring that systems are well maintained on time, and we are delighted we can play our part for national and multi site customers for the UKSI network.”

THE NORTH WEST: From Liverpool to Manchester and across the M62, the Northern Powerhouse is a focus for the UKSI DCs. Lynden leads the team based in Manchester and their skills in access control, security and related fire safety is a credit to the UKSI network. Lynden says “we are honored to be involved and commit our resources to support the UKSI clients, and we will ensure that a best-in-class service is received for customers in our area.
